Grading times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customer is responsible for paying any upcharges assessed by PSA based on higher value post grading.

You MUST submit a NEW FORM for each service level. Do also note that PSA has periodic price increases. The price that you will be charged will be based on the PSA price that is in place at the time we submit the card to grading so it may differ from the prices that are stated on this form.
