Shipping & Delivery
We attempt to ship all orders the next business day after purchase. The exception to this rule would be the Perfect Cases brand glass display cases. These generally ship out 1-7 business days following purchase.
Privacy and Security
Columbia will never sell any customer information to 3rd party companies. All customer information is used exclusively by Columbia.
Returns and Replacements
All non-defective merchandise is guaranteed for a period of 30 days after purchase. We will gladly accept returns for a refund (less a 20% restock fee). All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must include all paperwork that came with the order, be shipped back in all original packaging and much be in the original brand new & unused condition. We credit the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please call us at 1-888-983-2627 to get a RMA number for the return.
All damaged or defective merchandise must be called into us within 5 days or receipt of the orders. On most items, the damage occurs during shipping. We will be happy to make a claim with the shipping company. You must have all original packaging for the damaged goods, or we will not be able to replace the item at no charge. Please call us or email us for damaged items and claim instructions. Items that have been lost or damaged by the shipping carrier must have a claim made by the carrier's deadline policy. Items that are damaged from shipping cannot be replaced by expedited shipping as the shipping carriers to not pay for this.
